In addition, our technical staff can assist your project in developing comprehensive check lists to create a systematic process that will assure completeness in the assessment activity. NDE personnel have extensive experience providing clients with in depth Technical Capability Assessments. These are often required when a client is considering adding a new supplier to their list of approved suppliers or in situations where there have been problems with existing suppliers.
The Technical Capability Assessment is a combination of the auditor's expertise in the specific manufacturing/fabrication process, and the ability to understand their actual production, testing and delivery capabilities. Their expertise includes a working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO) auditing and reporting.

Auditing of a vendor's quality system is a key step in determining a vendor's ability to provide the services and materials required. Assessments are performed by NDE personnel experienced both in the field of quality assurance and quality control with solid technical backgrounds. This ensures that the Assessor understands all aspects involved, i.e. the quality assurance and technical requirements to ensure that the vendor can provide the services and material as expected by the client.
 

Process Assessments

Process Assessments

When a vendor is being considered as a potential source for a specific product it is beneficial to perform process specific assessments. This provides a detailed evaluation of the vendor's process as well as level of implementation of the process. Process assessments provide the customer with targeted information about the vendor and its capabilities specific to the task required.

NDE provides qualified personnel to perform assessments of a customer's own in house quality system. This provides the customer with an honest unbiased assessment of their in house quality system and its level of effectiveness.

For Quality Assurance activities the required process is individually agreed with each customer to ensure that all needs are addressed. Specific instructions are then raised to reflect the full requirements of the assessment activity to be performed and provided to the assessor. In addition to this the assessor will establish contact with the customer to discuss the activities required and confirm that all needs are fully understood.

NDE and all personnel employed by NDE are dedicated to providing the best possible service to their clients. A crucial element of this is obviously reporting, this must be as precise as possible to enable our clients to fully understand what is happening to their order. All available tools / methods are utilised to relay this information to clients as clearly as possible.
Digital imagery is used where allowed to enhance the report content.
Reports can be prepared on our own report forms or on report formats provide by clients, all latest soft and hardware is available to ensure that all formats can be processed.
Reporting of all Quality Assurance activities performed is handled in a confidential manner.
