Our experience allows us to become an integral part of the project management team, assuring that the technical requirements are understood, implemented and verified. Project Execution Plan
Each project is assessed on its own individual risk parameters. We work in conjunction with the design engineers, contractors and major sub-vendors to establish a verification scheme that will meet the client's quality objectives. We then prepare a project execution plan complete with specific project technical specifications, budgets, schedule, projections and Inspection QA/QC requirements. We are able to implement all aspects of our project management work within our proprietary software packages PMTools and OMS. These software packages are specifically tailored to the types of business fields NDE Group specialise within.

NDE Project Management skills have resulted in us working small to large scale projects from the complete Inspections and Documentation Management off all Inspections for a Deepwater FPSO to the provision of a small team of QA staff seconded to a Project Management Team.
