Setting standards

NDE's first and foremost priority is to ensure all NDE Personnel, be they full time (employees) or part time (freelancers) possess the necessary skills set to carry out their duties to the highest possible standards.

As a leader in our Industry we recognise our responsibility to continually train and develop Inspectors and Expediters to ensure that we will have qualified and experienced resources available to offer our clients now and in the future.

First and foremost we look to employ personnel with the best possible skills and holding recognised valid qualifications be they specialists for NDE, Welding, Coating or a specific equipment type professional. We therefore encourage (freelance, full time or trainee staff) personnel to obtain National and International recognized qualifications such as CWI/AWS, NACE, CSWIP, PCN, DGZFP, ERS, EN, ICORR, CQM, CQE, and others. NDE sponsors training of its full time and trainee staff, including technical coordinators looking to extend their knowledge.
