The NDE group is committed to providing its personnel with an injury-free work place as well as protecting our environment and that of the communities where we live and work.
The Health, Safety & Environmental program is simple - highly trained and motivated employees, combined with documented procedures and a proactive risk management reporting system.
All personnel will be indoctrinated into the NDE corporate policies as well as client specific safety policies when required by contract. All procedures, audit reports and findings will be maintained to assure compliance to the HSE procedure.
NDE will continue to provide the resources and manpower necessary to maintain a HSE conscious culture, one that encourages personnel to act in a safe and responsible manner.

Our OMS (Operations Management System) has been developed to:
- Ensure that all NDE group offices operate using the same systems / tools to ensure the efficiency of our service to our clients.
- The OMS (Operations Management System) includes Client access to allow clients real time access to job status, time & expense information and reports.
- The OMS (Operations Management System) includes Inspector access to allow inspectors to access Assignment instructions and documentation directly from the NDE servers as well as allowing them to upload reports, time & expense details and to manage their itinerary in real time.
Our Project Management Tools (PMTools) has been developed to:
- Provide our Technical Inspection management team with additional controls to manage an entire EC project.
- Enhance our ability to plan and manage inspection deliverables through budgeting control and forecasting, archiving all equipment critical specs, criticality assessments, PO.'s, and technical data sheets that are required for proper set up of the project.
- Complete project reporting of all outstanding issues, action items to the project team including the inspector and package engineer. We can detail all outstanding NCR's, tracking SDRL's , punch lists and certification activities prior to IRC release.
We believe that real time management of project Inspection and Expediting activities allows us to add value and reduce risk in areas never realized before.

As a leader in our Industry we recognise our responsibility to continually train and develop Inspectors and Expediters to ensure that we will have qualified and experienced resources available to offer our clients now and in the future.
Our Technical Services group has extensive Inspector training documents and tools which cover; Pipemill operations for line pipe and OCTG, general mechanical (broken down to specific equipment groups), electrical & instrumentation, welding, coating and NDT level II applications such as MPI, LP, RT & UT.
Coupled with practical mentoring with experienced personnel, we can be confident that our personnel have the very latest knowledge and practical training to be able to carry out their duties to the very highest levels clients expect. Our Expediting in-House training courses vary from 2-5 days and are also offered to our client base.
